Sand Sculptures

How About Sand Sculptures? - Sure, it may sound a bit hokey, but when it comes to team building, it's difficult to surpass a day of building sand castles and other sand sculptures at the beach. Participants are split into teams that must design, build and present a sand sculpture that requires time-pressured brainstorming, creative problem solving and the spirit of cooperation. If your meeting destination takes you to the beach, a sand sculpture contest is a proven winner.

“From the time they stepped off the bus, Ken was invested in them as people, which lead to my players to trusting him throughout the teambuilding activities. The activities were catered to what we needed as a team. He related everything back to life and basketball, which made it relevant to my players. This experience changed the dynamics of our team and provided opportunities for growth for my players.”

— Coach Leslie Boyd, Chapman HS Girls Varsity Basketball, Inman, SC

“Good leadership requires you to surround yourself with people of diverse perspectives who can disagree with you without fear of retaliation.”

—Doris Kerns Goodwin

“We had an absolute fabulous time! Our hope was to team employees up with people from different departments so people

intermingled and Ken was amazing at getting people to do so. One person said the next day, "Someone I had never spoken to before stopped by my office today and talked to me." Ken got even the most uninterested employees to interact and join in. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Ken and your awesome team of helpers!”
